Service 12 Area Villiers Road manor parkTime 10:54amDirections towards town centre Slough Driver was before time and rushing towards the route,when we arrive by the bus and about to enter the open door, driver closed the door which causes major injuries to my wife's head and she fell down, driver was not even apologetic, he said take the number of the bus and report, I felt sorry for all the people using first in our area, highly umfrofessional service.

This has to be the most expensive bus service Berkshire. A return ticket from slough to Windsor is £5 while other services I.e Thames valley buses charge £4 and £3 return on the train? Slough to wexam hospital return is £5.50 from slough while buses on the same route char£3.80???
